Included in the Price: We offer free kerbside delivery to most areas within the UK. The price of your hot tub covers this cost.

Unloading & Positioning
Unloading Requirements: Your hot tub will arrive upside down on a pallet, and you’ll need at least three strong individuals to unload it from the delivery van.
Locating & Setup: It’s the client’s responsibility to locate the hot tub in its final position. Setting up only involves attaching the chimney parts to an evenly positioned hot tub. Detailed setup instructions will be included.
Special Circumstances: If there are obstacles like walls, you can order crane services to lift the hot tub into place. These services are separate and need to be arranged by the client.
